The Blackmore legacy continues with the remaining ranch property located in Old Town Murrieta. Once the site of the old Santa Fe Railroad Train Depot, the property still has an easement that goes through the middle of the ranch. The site is home to some of the oldest Eucalyptus trees in the valley which were planted by the Santa Fe Railroad to provide shade for the depot and for railroad tie construction used to build the tracks from Murrieta through Temecula and into Oceanside. ​
